You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all product tags still attached.
Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted for a refund.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking Recommended: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
⚠️ Important: Please do NOT mail your package to the registered office address listed below. Returns sent to the office address cannot be accepted or processed. Please contact our support team at info@rosavelles.com to receive the correct warehouse return address and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@rosavelles.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
